Does Be Our Guest Vacations charge any fees?

No! Be Our Guest Vacations is a fee-FREE Agency. Disney pays us and there is no charge or increase in cost to you.

In order to take advantage of our free concierge services, your trip needs to be booked by one of our Agents.

How does Be Our Guest Vacations book my Disney vacation?

Be Our Guest Vacations is an Authorized Disney Travel Planner and we book directly through Disney. In addition to receiving everything from Disney that is normally included with your booking you will also receive our free concierge services.

All charges on your credit card, Disney Reward Dollars, or gift card will be directly from the Walt Disney Travel Company, or your travel vendor (Universal, Royal Caribbean, etc).

What happens if Disney releases a promotion after I booked my trip with you?

Your dedicated Agent will monitor your booking for the latest discounts as they are released by Disney to ensure that you’re getting the best deal even after you’ve booked your vacation.

We’ve been planning vacations for years and are familiar with Disney’s historical promotion release dates, which helps us anticipate future promotion release dates.

If I book my trip through Be Our Guest Vacations, can I still book Advanced Dining Reservations and FastPasses on my own?

Yes! You still have control over your My Disney Experience account. We will happily provide you with booking recommendations and tips so you’ll be prepared to make your Advance Dining Reservations (ADR) and FastPass+ (FP+) reservations.

If you change your mind would like us to book your ADRs or FP+ reservations, we are also here to do so for you.

I booked my trip on my own and I'm feeling overwhelmed; can I still work with one of your Agents?

If your trip was booked within 30 days and not paid in full we can transfer the reservation to one of our Agents.

If your trip was booked more than 30 days ago, we can provide you with other options. Please contact us today, we would love to help you!
