Rachel McElaney is the President of Be Our Guest Vacations, where she leads the agency’s vision, supports a growing team of travel advisors, and guides the continued evolution of the client experience.

In her role, Rachel focuses on strategic direction, team development, and strengthening the systems and support that allow every advisor to deliver exceptional service. She works closely behind the scenes to shape how the agency operates, ensuring that every part of the planning experience reflects the care, expertise, and consistency Be Our Guest Vacations is known for.

With a background in learning and development and years of hands-on vacation planning experience, Rachel plays an active role in shaping agent education, refining internal processes, and maintaining the high standards Be Our Guest Vacations is known for. Her leadership is rooted in clarity, consistency, and a genuine commitment to both the client and advisor experience.

Outside of work, Rachel enjoys traveling with her family and continues to find inspiration in the thoughtful details that turn a great trip into something unforgettable.

About Abby Rom

As Director of Learning & Destination Development for Be Our Guest Vacations, Abby leads agent training, destination research, and professional development initiatives across the agency while continuing to plan magical vacations for her own clients.

Abby, along with her husband and three kids, consider Walt Disney World their home away from home. An Annual Passholder who visits multiple times each year, she loves that Disney offers something special for guests of every age. She especially enjoys runDisney events, princess experiences, and VIP tours that make each trip feel extraordinary. Abby is also a devoted Disney Cruise Line fan, especially of the Disney Wish!

After beginning her career as an attorney, Abby joined Be Our Guest Vacations as a travel agent in 2016 and transitioned into leadership in 2024. She travels as often as possible to explore new destinations, ensuring both her clients and the BOGV team benefit from firsthand expertise and inspired insight.

About Michelle Davila

Michelle was enchanted by the magic of Disney as a kid, between being swept up with the storytelling and traveling to the parks as a kid. However, the magic became a mindset after traveling to Disney with her husband! As a military spouse, Michelle and her husband have traveled to galaxies far, far away but have made some of their most magical memories at Disney destinations.

What started as a “once in a lifetime trip” turned into a destination they’ve traveled to again and again for birthdays, celebrations, reunions, and runDisney races. Since then, she and her husband have stayed at nearly every Disney Resort hotel, sailed the high seas on Disney Cruise Line, and walked in Walt’s footsteps at the Disneyland Resort. Always looking for opportunities to drop everything and become kids again, they can often be found avoiding stormtroopers in Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge or getting lost in the sugary magic of the Main Street Confectionery!

Michelle joins the BOGV team as the Director of Agency Operations and has experience planning trips focused on adults, multigenerational families, and even for the littlest Mouseketeers. She’s known for finding those extra-sparkly touches that make a trip truly magical, from Enchanting Extras and special dining experiences to creative, budget-friendly ways to make the most of every stay. Whether you’re a Force-sensitive Jedi or a spell-casting wizard, one thing is for certain – adventure is out there!

About Lisa Giombetti

As Agent Onboarding & Development Manager for Be Our Guest Vacations, Lisa leads the full experience for new agents from their first interview through their early development with the agency. In this role, she guides new agents through a comprehensive onboarding journey and supports them as they build strong foundations for long-term success. Alongside her leadership responsibilities, Lisa continues to plan magical vacations for her own clients with the same care and excitement that first sparked her love of Disney.

Lisa, who lives in New York with her husband and two daughters, has been captivated by Disney since her first childhood visit. Now, watching her girls experience that same magic has become one of her greatest joys, especially those unforgettable moments when they meet their favorite characters for the very first time. She believes Disney provides an incomparable opportunity for families to make lasting memories through thoughtful details and shared moments of joy.

Before becoming a travel advisor, Lisa built her career as an accountant, a role that strengthened her attention to detail, organization, and process-focused mindset. She joined Be Our Guest Vacations as a travel agent and later transitioned into leadership, where her passion for guiding others and her commitment to thoughtful, personalized service made agent development a natural next step. As the Digital Systems and Operations Coordinator for Be Our Guest Vacations, Kym supports the development and refinement of the agency’s digital tools and operational systems. She focuses on creating efficient, well-organized processes that help advisors serve their guests and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly.

Disney has been part of Kym’s life for as long as she can remember. From childhood park visits to unforgettable Disney Cruise Line vacations, she developed a deep appreciation for the storytelling, imagination, and attention to detail that define Disney destinations. Today, she and her husband continue that tradition, visiting whenever they can and always discovering new favorites—whether it’s a classic attraction, a hidden detail, or a must-try treat.

About Laney Carlin

Laney’s first movie memory is seeing “Lady and the Tramp” at 4 years old, which began the love of all things Disney! Her first trip to the Magic didn’t happen until she was an adult but the love of Walt Disney World didn’t become fully cemented until she took her own children and saw the magic through their eyes!

As both of her sons have fully entered “adulting,” she can honestly say those many vacations at Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line are some her happiest memories of every age with them! As a family, they have loved everything from meeting the characters, seeing the shows and riding the rides to enjoying the Special Events and EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival! Disney Cruise Line holds a special place in her heart as well. Not only with her sons, but she and her husband celebrated their 20th anniversary on the Disney Fantasy! As adults, they continue to be cherished time she gets to spend with them in a place where your only job is to have fun!

About Kim O'Neill

Kim has loved to travel her whole life! She has considerable domestic and international travel experience, traveling to over 28 different countries in her life. She is a former Corporate Meeting & Event Planner with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and has also graduated from Disney’s College of Knowledge. As a child she was blessed with visiting Walt Disney World several times and her love for Disney has only increased since having her own children. Her husband captured the very moment she saw the magic of Disney through their son’s eyes for the very first time. It was August 24th, 2010 entering the gates of Magic Kingdom as the parade was going by, their son had a look of amazement on his face and she had tears in her eyes. A truly priceless moment! Now a family of four, with the addition of another son, Kim regularly visits Walt Disney World. She is always amazed that there are new things to discover and more magic to experience with each trip. Kim & her family also absolutely love sailing on Disney Cruise Line! They have been on several Disney Cruises, and she would love to share her passion and knowledge of Disney Cruises with you. Michelle’s lifelong devotion to all things Disney began in her childhood, where visits to Disneyland ignited her passion. Relocating to Virginia Beach didn’t diminish her love for Disney; instead, it opened up opportunities for frequent visits to Walt Disney World, a tradition she’s upheld since the 1980s. Even her honeymoon with her husband was celebrated at Walt Disney World during its 25th Anniversary.

In June 2019, Michelle, her family, and their beloved dog, Ahsoka Tano, made the move to Orlando, FL, to be closer to the enchantment. This move was driven by her husband’s dream of becoming a Cast Member, solidifying their connection to the magic. Whether exploring the Disney Parks, indulging in the diverse culinary offerings of Walt Disney World Resort, or embarking on a Disney Cruise, they’re immersed in the wonder.

Michelle’s journey to finding her Happily Ever After fuels her passion for helping others do the same. A graduate of Disney’s College of Knowledge, she leverages her extensive experience to meticulously plan Magical Vacations for others. About Leanette Rios

Leanette has always been a dedicated Disney fan, growing up on classics like Beauty and the Beast and Pocahontas. At every stage in life, Disney has been present in one way or another. After honeymooning in Disney World, the attachment grew even stronger. Leanette visits Disney World multiple times each year and has experience traveling on adults only and family vacations! She also has a knack for traveling frugally so as to enjoy more Disney vacations year after year! Leanette is a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge. Lindsay has been visiting Walt Disney World with her family since she was a small child. Those childhood visits have led to a life-long passion for all things Disney, which subsequently rubbed off on her husband when they spent their honeymoon at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. They now live in Georgia with their two boys. Lindsay and her family are Disney World Annual Passholders and visit as many times throughout the year. It’s safe to say that Lindsay is Disney obsessed! Her passion for helping others experience the Disney magic, coupled with her life-long Disney experience, makes her the perfect Disney Vacation Planner for any family. Lindsay has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, a law degree from New England Law| Boston and has graduated from Disney’s College of Knowledge.

About Dr. Courtney Ward

Courtney is a self-proclaimed Disney addict who became hooked on Disney when she began planning her first family trip to Walt Disney World as an adult. She quickly realized there was far more information to learn than she ever imagined possible. Courtney has since spent countless hours learning all of the ins and outs associated with planning vacations by visiting the resorts and parks and doing A LOT of research. As a graduate of St. Louis College of Pharmacy and Disney’s College of Knowledge, Courtney definitely has a love of providing people with helpful, reliable, and expert advice. She understands that no two vacations are alike and shares her knowledge and experiences to create a magical vacation for her clients. Sara loves ALL things Disney!  She has been to Walt Disney World numerous times throughout childhood, with her own children and on many adult-only Disney trips!  She also enjoys trips to Disneyland and aboard Disney Cruise Line!  Sara was born to travel and and gets excited anytime someone wants to talk Disney to her!  Sara has always dreamed of being a princess at Disney World, but since that didn’t quite pan out, she is doing the next best thing…helping others plan a DREAM Disney vacation! 

Sara is married to (her) Prince Eric, has 2 princesses and a little prince!  In her spare time she enjoys skateboarding, live music, movies and making memories with her family and friends!  In addition to planning magical vacations, Sara is a middle school Health Teacher in Wisconsin. A Disney Parks fan since childhood, Jamie has developed an extreme passion for helping others plan vacations since she started planning her own trips as an adult. Jamie lives in central Indiana with her husband Phillip, her two boys, Jack and Gus, and her French Bulldogs Remy & CoCo. As a Walt Disney World annual passholder, Jamie travels to Florida as often as possible to gain experience that helps her plan magical vacations for her clients, but she also has a special place in her heart for the Disneyland resort and Disney Cruise vacations. She has experience traveling and planning trips to Walt Disney World as a parent of young children, in a large multigenerational group, a romantic couple’s getaway, and even a girls only Run Disney vacation. About Missy O'Connell

Missy first visited Walt Disney World as a child, in the 80’s and her love (obsession!) for Disney has grown ever since! Although she visited WDW throughout her childhood and as a young adult, she never truly appreciated the magic until she took her own two children. Seeing the magic of WDW through her children’s eyes, was an experience she loves sharing with others. Discovering all of the unique ways Disney makes children (and adults) feel special, is one of Missy’s favorite parts of a Disney vacation. She enjoys planning trips just as much as she loves taking them! She is as equally excited to plan trips for others and her attention to detail allows her to customize each trip she plans. Missy graduated from West Virginia University (Let’s Goooo Mountaineers!) as well as Disney’s College of Knowledge. She is a Kindergarten teacher and her ability to organize, multi-task, and focus on details will allow her to make your vacation a dream come true! About Lisa Edwards

Lisa lives in Indiana with her husband and 2 little princesses. Before having children, she and her husband were fortunate to travel overseas and visit many ancient roman and Greek sites. They were even able to take in the wonder of the Pyramids of Giza. With two little kids, they decided to temporarily focus on stateside vacations. Converting her husband into a Disney fan was easy as pie once he saw his oldest daughter run to Mickey with open arms at the age of 3. Since then, they have become annual passholders and each time they visit Disney World, they stay at a different resort & try new dining venues. One of her favorite parks is Epcot especially during the Food & Wine Festival and Flower & Garden Festival. It’s a wonderful way to teach her daughters about different cultures by trying new foods and exploring the countries around the World Showcase. About Kasey Collier

Kasey’s first childhood memory of Disney is in The Magic Kingdom. She recalls watching the​ ​Main Street Electrical Parade. All the lights, shimmer and fairytale princesses captured her​ ​young heart. Not too much has changed since then. Today, when she’s in Disney you can find​ ​her stopping for every parade, waiving to the characters, dancing and singing to her favorite​ ​Disney tunes…usually with a Dole Whip in her hands.

Over her lifetime, Kasey has traveled dozens of times to ​Disneyland and Walt Disney World. She has participated in numerous RunDisney events, attended special ticketed​ ​events (Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Villains​ ​After Hours), Epcot’s International Flower and Garden Festivals and International Food and​ ​Wine Festivals. She’s experienced the holiday seasons at Disney, from the Headless Horseman​ ​starting the Halloween parade to snowfall and hot chocolate on Main Street at Christmas.

Long before becoming an agent for Be Our Guest Vacations, Kasey’s friends, family and colleagues​ would ask her for the latest Disney inf​or​​​mation​ advice for their next trip. Always happy to help, she decided to make her passion her mission​ ​and become an agent for Be Our Guest Vacations.

Kasey enjoys planning vacations for everyone– whether it’s a first-time trip or a tenth, she strives to give each client an individual experience​ ​and one that they will never forget. Disney is magic and she wants to spread that magic to​ ​every client she works with.

About Janelle Moretti

Disney has always been a huge part of Janelle’s life starting with her childhood, all the way until now. Being from Buffalo, NY (Go Bills) she was always looking for ways to get to Florida to spend time with her favorite mouse. When she isn’t spending time with her husband and son she’s planning their next adventure, or helping others plan theirs!

She enjoys learning something new whether it’s for her wonderful guests wanting to experience the magic at Walt Disney World or Disneyland, discovering new thrills at Universal Studios, sailing across the seas to new destinations, or relaxing at an all-inclusive getaway.

She has experienced Walt Disney World every which way including a solo trip, traveling with 16 family members, visiting during holidays, celebration trips, taking her son when he was only 5 months old, and much more! When her family lived in Florida briefly they would often drive to Disney as an Annual Passholder just to immerse themselves into the Disney bubble.

She loves walking around Galaxy’s Edge, meeting Donald Duck or Mr. Incredible with her son and relaxing in the Hub at Magic Kingdom with some Cheeseburger egg rolls. When she isn’t in the parks you can probably find her in front of the fireplace at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge or riding the Skyliner!

Janelle’s son, Reilly, is on the Autism Spectrum which means starting to navigate the Disney Parks and vacations in a whole new way, and the secret is that every single time is different. Her passion is helping families that might need a little more attention to special services to make sure that nobody misses out on the magic!

Janelle is a planner by trade and when you partner with her you know that you will be getting the most thorough attention to detail throughout your entire vacation process. She has always been a little mad about all things Disney, but all the best people are!

About Katie Lozar

Katie has always had a passion for everything Disney. Trips to Disney World as a child with her family were truly magical and the memories that were made are irreplaceable. Katie currently resides in Ohio with her family. Luckily, her husband is a huge Disney fan as well, and even proposed to her in front of Cinderella’s castle in 2010.

Now she has two mouseketeers of her own, and they love going to both Disney World and Disneyland! She will never forget the first trip with her son, seeing his face light up seeing Mickey Mouse and Pluto at the parade on Main Street or her daughter’s squeals of delight at the fireworks! They especially love going during the holidays and the food and wine festival in Epcot.

Katie also has run many of the RunDisney races at Disney World, most recently finishing her second full marathon I. January! Having her husband and kids there to cheer her on is a memory she will never forget! She uses her experience and love of Disney to help families plan and make magical memories of their own!

Catie’s love story with Walt Disney World started as a young girl but truly burst into life when she took her two daughters for the first time. Watching everything through them and seeing their eyes light up like Christmas morning got her hooked. Now, she’s an expert in planning flawless Disney World vacations, and even visiting with her family multiple times a year as an Annual Passholder.

Hailing from Buffalo, NY (Go Bills) Catie is a proud mother of two daughters, a tenured nurse, now in a traveling role, and just loves enjoying the life she built alongside her husband. The Asimenios home is full of love, memories, two dogs, a squad of chickens (yes, you read that right), and booking Disney trips.

Catie is all about making family vacations stress-free and as unique as each client. Especially for families booking with small children, she’s got the tips on how to plan a trip that’s the perfect fit so that everyone can experience and enjoy the magic. Carrie has a passion for travel and all things magical! Her love for Disney began as a young child but truly blossomed as an adult when she began taking her two daughters to the parks when they were three years old… and hasn’t stopped! She now travels to Walt Disney World and Disneyland every year, and has also explored the magic and beauty of Disneyland Paris.

Carrie and her family have sailed on almost every Disney Cruise Line ship to destinations as far as Alaska, the Mediterranean, and Northern Europe! A native of the Pacific Northwest, she specializes in Alaska cruises as well as Hawaiian vacations. She has danced the hula with Mickey Mouse at Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa in Hawaii ~ a special trip with her teenage daughter that was so magical! Carrie has also expanded her love to include the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and all the other fun to be had at the Universal Studios parks in both Hollywood and Orlando.

She makes it her goal to learn and try all the new things ~ including behind the scenes tours, new shows and experiences, and ALL the amazing restaurants and snacks! She’s done most every tour Walt Disney World and Disneyland have to offer ~ and loves to share those experiences with her clients.

Traci is a life-long Disney lover living out her dream as a travel planner! When she is not working as a Travel Professional, Frances is a Project Manager for a non-profit company. This skill set allows her to always make sure every detail is taken care of for her families. Frances strives to make vacations as easy as possible, whether that is booking dining reservations, scheduling transportation, stroller rentals, etc. she makes sure it is one less thing her clients have to worry about. Frances understands that vacations are a big investment and you need to be confident in your booking. This is why she travels constantly to make sure she has the latest knowledge and expertise to guide her clients to planning their dream vacation!

About Erin Sellers

As a seven year old eating lunch in Cinderella’s Castle, Erin knew it was her destiny to grow up and BE Cinderella at Walt Disney World. Sadly, life didn’t deal her those cards, but it did throw her some magical Cinderella-esque elements including marrying her Prince Charming and living on a farm with their four kiddos along with a host of Disney-named animals. These include her horse, Merida, a kitty named Figaro, and a chicken named Tiana, just to name a few.

Disney has become her family’s favorite home away from home and it’s provided the memories she and her family all treasure the most – especially those from their very first Disney trip with 3 very young kids. Without one ounce of planning going into their park day, they ended up stumbling upon the Magic Kingdom fireworks as they were pushing exhausted kids out of the park. As the fireworks began, they all got goosebumps and her oldest daughter tearily looked up and exclaimed “This is my wish come true!!”, and with that, they were hooked and returned to the magic as many times per year as possible! Erin loves to share her Disney passion & knowledge with others and loves nothing more than to “Fairy Godmother” up an incredible Disney vacation in hopes others experience a magical “wish come true” moment as well!

Alyssa’s love for Disney began when she was just a kid! With Disney trips multiple times a year growing up, to now traveling with her own family, her love for Disney has only grown. Alyssa and her husband have traveled to Disney World and Disneyland together, love sailing with Disney Cruise Line, and even spent her honeymoon at Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa in Hawaii. Alyssa lives in New Jersey with her husband, son, and two dogs. Alyssa loves being able to see the magic in her son’s eyes and finds so much joy in taking her son to do all the same things her mom took her to do. Her love for Disney, accompanied by the nostalgic feeling the memories of her childhood trips give her, makes her so happy to be a part of creating the magic for other families!

As a California native, Steph’s love for Disney was sparked at the age of 3, when she first set foot in the Happiest Place on Earth. While Disneyland will always hold a special place in her heart, the convenience of a quick 2-hour flight to Orlando makes a spontaneous visit to Cinderella’s Castle just too tempting to resist.
