About Rachel McElaney

Rachel’s love for all things Disney began at a very young age with annual vacations to the parks, but has grown to include adult only and family trips to Walt Disney World, Disneyland and Disney Cruise Line destinations! With three kids under age six, Rachel understands the crazy amount of details involved in planning any Disney vacation for a family. She has tried and tested it all – and loves to pass along those “make my trip easier” tips to her clients!

Rachel joined Be Our Guest Vacations as a travel agent in 2017, and now leads our organization as Be Our Guest Vacations’ President. Rachel’s passion lies in supporting our travel agents in the incredible work they do each day. With a dedication to the Be Our Guest Vacations company mission and the success of its travel agents, Rachel takes passion and joy in coaching individuals and in discovering the right answers to help others succeed.

About Abby Rom

Abby and her family consider Walt Disney World their home-away-from-home. As Annual Passholders that visit multiple times per year, she loves that Walt Disney World provides its youngest and oldest visitors an opportunity to enjoy a magical vacation! She especially loves runDisney, princesses, and VIP experiences. Abby prides herself on providing expert tips for families and detailed-but-not-too-scheduled itineraries ideal for both the first-time visitor and seasoned guest. Abby and her family also love the Disney Cruise Line, especially the Disney Wish on which Abby has sailed multiple times. She can assist her clients with cruises on DCL and Royal Caribbean Cruise Line.

Abby joined Be Our Guest Vacations as a travel agent in 2016 after previously working as an attorney, and in 2024 became BOGV’s Learning & Development Manager. In addition to planning magical vacations for her clients as a travel agent, Abby now spends her time onboarding new agents and delivering training and resources to the incredible BOGV team. She also travels as much as possible to learn new destinations to keep our team of travel professionals (and her clients) in the know with first hand experiences!

About Michelle Davila

Michelle was fascinated by the magic of Disney as a kid, traveling to Walt Disney World Resort a handful of times with her family and soaking up every movie with wide-eyed wonder. However, pixie dust officially became a part of her personality after traveling to Disney with her husband! What started as a “once in a lifetime trip” turned into a destination they’ve traveled to again and again for birthdays, celebrations, reunions, and runDisney races. Since then, she and her husband have stayed at nearly every Disney Resort hotel, sailed the high seas on Disney Cruise Line, and walked in Walt’s footsteps at the Disneyland Resort.

Michelle joins the BOGV team as the Operations Coordinator and also has experience planning trips focused on adults, multigenerational families, and even for the littlest Mouseketeers. No matter what Disney dream your heart makes, Michelle will be happy to help you make memories that will last a lifetime!

About Laney Carlin

Laney ‘s first movie memory is seeing “Lady and the Tramp” at 4 years old which began the love of all things Disney! Her first trip to the Magic didn’t happen until she was an adult but the love of Disney World didn’t become fully cemented until she took her own children and saw the magic through their eyes!

As both of her sons have fully entered “adulting”, she can honestly say those many vacations at Disney World, Disneyland and Disney cruises are some her happiest memories of every age with them! As a family they have loved everything from meeting the characters, seeing the shows and riding the rides to enjoying the Special Events and Food and Wine Festival! Disney cruises holds a special place in her heart as well! Not only with her sons, but she and her husband celebrated their 20th anniversary on the Disney Fantasy! As adults they continue to be cherished time she gets to spend with them in a place that your only job is to have fun!

Laney uses her experience and training to create magical vacations for her clients and specializes in multigenerational and large groups, but loves all the trips she gets to plan! From first timers to honeymooners to families going back for their 20th visit each trip is special!

About Michelle Anderson

Michelle has a life-long passion for all things Disney. As a child, she grew up visiting Disneyland while living in San Diego, CA. A cross-country move to Virginia Beach, VA didn’t stop Michelle from visiting the Disney Parks she loves. Instead, her move to the east coast meant she could visit Walt Disney World more frequently, which she’s been doing as often as possible since the 1980s. Michelle and her Prince Charming even celebrated their honeymoon at Walt Disney World, which happened to coincide with the 25th Anniversary. Michelle and her Prince have two Padawans, Ian and Calla, plus a dog name Ahsoka Tano. Three years ago Michelle and her family moved to Orlando, FL to be closer to the magic. As Annual Passholders, you will find them playing at the Disney Parks, dining at one of the many restaurants at Walt Disney World Resort or setting sail on a Disney Cruise. Michelle has found her Happily Ever After and loves helping others do the same. She is a graduate of Disney’s College of Knowledge and uses her extensive experience to plan Magical Vacations for others. Michelle loves to help others plan their Magical Vacations, where they can make long-lasting family memories in the place where dreams really do come true.

About Lisa Giombetti

Ever since the first time Lisa visited Disney World at 5 years old, she was hooked. She became instantly amazed by the magic of it all and that carried throughout her childhood and into adulthood. She still remembers those family trips and all the little Disney details that made those moments so special.

Lisa currently resides in New York and has 2 little princess girls that are now completely obsessed with Disney as well. She will never forget the first time her girls hugged the characters and how magical it is to experience Disney through her children’s eyes.

Most recently, Lisa has joined the RunDisney community running her first half marathon during Marathon weekend 2023. Running through Cinderella’s castle was an experience like no other!

Lisa loves planning vacations for everyone, hoping to make each experience truly unforgettable. She understands how important all the details are in planning and she is passionate about customizing every family’s vacation that allows them to create a lifetime of magical memories!

About Kim O'Neill

Kim has loved to travel her whole life! She has considerable domestic and international travel experience, traveling to over 28 different countries in her life. She is a former Corporate Meeting & Event Planner with a degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management and has also graduated from Disney’s College of Knowledge. As a child she was blessed with visiting Walt Disney World several times and her love for Disney has only increased since having her own children. Her husband captured the very moment she saw the magic of Disney through their son’s eyes for the very first time. It was August 24th, 2010 entering the gates of Magic Kingdom as the parade was going by, their son had a look of amazement on his face and she had tears in her eyes. A truly priceless moment! Now a family of four, with the addition of another son, Kim regularly visits Walt Disney World. She is always amazed that there are new things to discover and more magic to experience with each trip. Kim & her family also absolutely love sailing on Disney Cruise Line! They have been on several Disney Cruises, and she would love to share her passion and knowledge of Disney Cruises with you. About Leanette Rios

Leanette has always been a dedicated Disney fan, growing up on classics like Beauty and the Beast and Pocahontas. At every stage in life, Disney has been present in one way or another. After honeymooning in Disney World, the attachment grew even stronger. Leanette visits Disney World multiple times each year and has experience traveling on adults only and family vacations! She also has a knack for traveling frugally so as to enjoy more Disney vacations year after year! Leanette is a graduate of the Disney College of Knowledge. About Lindsay Gould

Lindsay has been visiting Walt Disney World with her family since she was a small child. Those childhood visits have led to a life-long passion for all things Disney, which subsequently rubbed off on her husband when they spent their honeymoon at the Animal Kingdom Lodge. They now live in Georgia with their two boys. Lindsay and her family are Disney World Annual Passholders and visit as many times throughout the year. It’s safe to say that Lindsay is Disney obsessed! Her passion for helping others experience the Disney magic, coupled with her life-long Disney experience, makes her the perfect Disney Vacation Planner for any family. Lindsay has a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado, a law degree from New England Law| Boston and has graduated from Disney’s College of Knowledge.

About Dr. Courtney Ward

Courtney is a self-proclaimed Disney addict who became hooked on Disney when she began planning her first family trip to Walt Disney World as an adult. She quickly realized there was far more information to learn than she ever imagined possible. Courtney has since spent countless hours learning all of the ins and outs associated with planning vacations by visiting the resorts and parks and doing A LOT of research. As a graduate of St. Louis College of Pharmacy and Disney’s College of Knowledge, Courtney definitely has a love of providing people with helpful, reliable, and expert advice. She understands that no two vacations are alike and shares her knowledge and experiences to create a magical vacation for her clients. About Sara Hendrickson

Sara loves ALL things Disney!  She has been to Walt Disney World numerous times throughout childhood, with her own children and on many adult-only Disney trips!  She also enjoys trips to Disneyland and aboard Disney Cruise Line!  Sara was born to travel and and gets excited anytime someone wants to talk Disney to her!  Sara has always dreamed of being a princess at Disney World, but since that didn’t quite pan out, she is doing the next best thing…helping others plan a DREAM Disney vacation! 

Sara is married to (her) Prince Eric, has 2 princesses and a little prince!  In her spare time she enjoys skateboarding, live music, movies and making memories with her family and friends!  In addition to planning magical vacations, Sara is a middle school Health Teacher in Wisconsin. A Disney Parks fan since childhood, Jamie has developed an extreme passion for helping others plan vacations since she started planning her own trips as an adult. Jamie lives in central Indiana with her husband Phillip, her two boys, Jack and Gus, and her French Bulldogs Remy & CoCo. As a Walt Disney World annual passholder, Jamie travels to Florida as often as possible to gain experience that helps her plan magical vacations for her clients, but she also has a special place in her heart for the Disneyland resort and Disney Cruise vacations. She has experience traveling and planning trips to Walt Disney World as a parent of young children, in a large multigenerational group, a romantic couple’s getaway, and even a girls only Run Disney vacation. About Missy O'Connell

Missy first visited Walt Disney World as a child, in the 80’s and her love (obsession!) for Disney has grown ever since! Although she visited WDW throughout her childhood and as a young adult, she never truly appreciated the magic until she took her own two children. Seeing the magic of WDW through her children’s eyes, was an experience she loves sharing with others. Discovering all of the unique ways Disney makes children (and adults) feel special, is one of Missy’s favorite parts of a Disney vacation. She enjoys planning trips just as much as she loves taking them! She is as equally excited to plan trips for others and her attention to detail allows her to customize each trip she plans. Missy graduated from West Virginia University (Let’s Goooo Mountaineers!) as well as Disney’s College of Knowledge. She is a Kindergarten teacher and her ability to organize, multi-task, and focus on details will allow her to make your vacation a dream come true! Missy lives in a small West Virginia town, with her husband, Sean, their two children, Delaney and Finn, and their dogs , Piper and Stella. About Lisa Edwards

Lisa lives in Indiana with her husband and 2 little princesses. Before having children, she and her husband were fortunate to travel overseas and visit many ancient roman and Greek sites. They were even able to take in the wonder of the Pyramids of Giza. With two little kids, they decided to temporarily focus on stateside vacations. Converting her husband into a Disney fan was easy as pie once he saw his oldest daughter run to Mickey with open arms at the age of 3. Since then, they have become annual passholders and each time they visit Disney World, they stay at a different resort & try new dining venues. One of her favorite parks is Epcot especially during the Food & Wine Festival and Flower & Garden Festival. It’s a wonderful way to teach her daughters about different cultures by trying new foods and exploring the countries around the World Showcase. About Kasey Collier

Kasey’s first childhood memory of Disney is in The Magic Kingdom. She recalls watching the​ ​Main Street Electrical Parade. All the lights, shimmer and fairytale princesses captured her​ ​young heart. Not too much has changed since then. Today, when she’s in Disney you can find​ ​her stopping for every parade, waiving to the characters, dancing and singing to her favorite​ ​Disney tunes…usually with a Dole Whip in her hands.

Over her lifetime, Kasey has traveled dozens of times to ​Disneyland and Walt Disney World. She has participated in numerous RunDisney events, attended special ticketed​ ​events (Mickey’s Not So Scary Halloween Party, Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party, Villains​ ​After Hours), Epcot’s International Flower and Garden Festivals and International Food and​ ​Wine Festivals. She’s experienced the holiday seasons at Disney, from the Headless Horseman​ ​starting the Halloween parade to snowfall and hot chocolate on Main Street at Christmas.

Long before becoming an agent for Be Our Guest Vacations, Kasey’s friends, family and colleagues​ would ask her for the latest Disney inf​or​​​mation​ advice for their next trip. Always happy to help, she decided to make her passion her mission​ ​and become an agent for Be Our Guest Vacations.

About Janelle Moretti

Disney has always been a huge part of Janelle’s life starting with her childhood, all the way until now. She grew up in Buffalo, NY and has finally moved back with her husband Matt, their little mouseketeer, Reilly and their puppy, Rosie after spending almost 10 year in Florida, Virginia and Florida again She has been blessed to be able to go on multiple trips, giving her a well-rounded perspective of Disney vacations and what they can offer. She has stayed at numerous Disney Resorts, sailed on Disney Cruise Line, visited Universal Studios and has planned numerous honeymoons to Sandals Resorts. She has done WDW every which way including a solo trip, visited with 16 family members, visited during holidays, pre-engagement trip, a baby-moon trip while 5 months pregnant, taken her son when he was only 5 months old, attended Be Our Guest Vacation agent retreats and would often drive to Disney as an Annual Passholder when she lived in Florida! In December of 2014, her prince charming proposed to her in front of Cinderella’s Castle at the start of their first Disney vacation together, truly beginning their fairytale life. Reilly is a big Star Wars fan, Toy Story, Mickey & Donald and all things Pixar! She loves walking around Galaxy’s Edge and relaxing in the Hub at Magic Kingdom with some Cheeseburger egg rolls, popcorn or a Mickey pretzel while her husband tries the newest dole whip or float. Before she joined the BOGV family, Janelle enjoyed helping friends and family with their vacations as well as planning mock vacations just to see what was new; that’s when she realized she wanted to help others imagine their magical Disney Vacations. Janelle is also a former special needs teacher and loves being able to help families navigate Disney to make sure nobody misses out on the magic! Janelle is a planner by trade and when you partner with her you know that you will be getting the most thorough attention to detail throughout your entire vacation process. She has always been a little mad about all things Disney, but all the best people are!

About Katie Lozar

Katie has always had a passion for everything Disney. Trips to Disney World as a child with her family were truly magical and the memories that were made are irreplaceable. Katie currently resides in Ohio with her family. Luckily, her husband is a huge Disney fan as well, and even proposed to her in front of Cinderella’s castle in 2010.

Now she has two mouseketeers of her own, and they love going to both Disney World and Disneyland! She will never forget the first trip with her son, seeing his face light up seeing Mickey Mouse and Pluto at the parade on Main Street or her daughter’s squeals of delight at the fireworks! They especially love going during the holidays and the food and wine festival in Epcot.

Katie also has run many of the RunDisney races at Disney World, most recently finishing her second full marathon I. January! Having her husband and kids there to cheer her on is a memory she will never forget! She uses her experience and love of Disney to help families plan and make magical memories of their own!

About Catie Asimenios

Catie’s love story with Walt Disney World started as a young girl but truly burst into life when she took her two daughters for the first time. Watching everything through them and seeing their eyes light up like Christmas morning got her hooked. Now, she’s an expert in planning flawless Disney World vacations, and even visiting with her family multiple times a year as an Annual Passholder.

Hailing from Buffalo, NY (Go Bills) Catie is a proud mother of two daughters, a tenured nurse, now in a traveling role, and just loves enjoying the life she built alongside her husband. The Asimenios home is full of love, memories, two dogs, a squad of chickens (yes, you read that right), and booking Disney trips.

Catie is all about making family vacations stress-free and as unique as each client. About Carrie Norbeck

Carrie’s love for Disney began at a very early age with parents who loved all Disney movies ~ so the songs and melodies of Disney were the anthem of her childhood! She visited the parks a few times as a child, but truly embraced her love of all things Disney as an adult. She began taking her two daughters, Sydney and Quinn, each to the parks when they were three years old… and hasn’t stopped! She’s now travelled to Walt Disney World and Disneyland too many times to count, and has also explored the magic and beauty of Disneyland Paris. Carrie and her family have sailed on almost every Disney Cruise Line ship to destinations as far as Alaska, the Mediterranean, and Northern Europe ~ and are counting down the days until the Disney Treasure is ready to sail! She has played on the beach and danced the hula with Mickey Mouse at Disney’s Aulani Resort & Spa in Hawaii ~ a special trip with her teenage daughter that was so magical! Carrie has also expanded her love to include the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, and all the other fun to be had at the Universal Studios parks in both Hollywood and Orlando. She makes it her goal to learn and try all the new things ~ including behind the scenes tours, new shows and experiences, and ALL the amazing restaurants and snacks!
